I signed up to virgin media 3 weeks ago and have had problems since. I had to get an engineer out to sort fitting of my hub as wasn’t straight forward and after a week of trying to contact Virgin to sort out my wifi speeds and droppage I’ve had enough and just wish I had never signed up with them. Will I be tied in or can I leave due to my problems?? Any advise would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Good luck with that. They won't let me out 1 day over 14 day cooling off period, despite similar issues to you.

I belive you will be tied in now unfortunately.
You could try to resolve the WiFi issues on here. If you navigate to 192.168.0.1 and click on the link at the bottom of the screen to navigate to your hub stats you can copy and paste all of the stats here eg upstream and downstream.
