Want to get the VM cable put under the ground

Hi i joined u last dec and the team that did the cable left it on the top by our fence but we would like it to be going under ground like they should have done it.

as i have checked with other people on ur network have had it done

how do i go about getting it done when it should have been done when installed

have got a engineer coming to swap the backup phone on 13/4 in pm could they do it??
