Want to downgrade but impossible to get through

Hi there,

I have a Promotional Package that I want to remove from my account, the problem is the website is horrifically convoluted and takes you in endless loops and it appears that the contact number has been shut down as it's telling me that 0345 454 111 is "currently unavailable".

So as of this moment there is absolutely no way to contact anybody at Virgin.

Does anybody know of any other numbers/emails/tactics to get their attention?
