I want to cancel my broadband services as my contract is ended and bill charges as going up to double amount.
I am trying to contact the call center but not able to get through it. I have waited 35 minutes or so, on four times and after that phone get disconnected.
My bill is going up next month and I don't want to pay extra. Given the circumstances, Is there any other way to cancel the services or any other way to contact them?
Write to them...
i'd send it signed for delivery. If there's anybody in that Virgin office!
