Want to cancel but can not contact VM. Please help!

I've been with VM for over 15 years but my new contract prices more than doubled compared to what I've been paying for the last 2 years. I appreciate prices need to go up but this is a bit ridiculous. 

Anyway I've found much better deals around and wanted to cancel VM but for the life of me I can not contact anyone either over the phone or the online chat service. 

Can someone please let me know if there's another number to call or if I can do it in an email?

I suggest posting the cancellation using recorded delivery.
