Want to cancel broadband due to COVID-19

I want to cancel my contract but I am not in UK now, so I cannot use phone call,,,

I tried to use live chat and waited for few hours but they still didn't cancel for me.

Is there any ways to cancel it?

 

 

PLEASE PLEASE help me, I don't have more money to pay.........

Sadly, we cannot process disconnections/cancellations from here, and so you would need to call us on either our international contact number +44 7953 967 967, or text us on +44753 305 1809.

Can I ask other people in UK to text that number?

Because I cannot call & text from outside of UK.

You could write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post, or the equivalent from where you are currently living.

My mistake here, if it's to do with cancelling the account newapollo is right, only the account holder can do this.
