Want to Upgrade - Please Help :)

Can someone from Existing Members Call me / Message me?!?!!!

I have tried for 5 days solid to talk to someone about adjusting my expired contract

Each time im on hold for 15 minutes or longer

 

I want to UPGRADE my broadband

The account log on isnt giving me the adjustment options needed
