Waiting over 30 days for final bill

Good evening,

My virgin media services were disconnected on the 22nd of September 2023 and I have just received confirmation that my kit has be returned. I was told that I should have received my final bill up to 30 days from final disconnection date. It has been over this time period (now 31st of October) and I am keen to get this bill sent through especially as I am expecting a refund.

Any advice would be appreciated!
