Waiting for my contract

I've ordered a broadband two days ago. The confirmation email specifies that "You'll receive an email from us shortly with a link to your contract. This is a digital document and has details of your package, plus important legal terms and conditions." It's been two days and yet I haven't received anything (I have checked both spam and deleted emails). Is it normal ?
