Waiting for callback

I phoned yesterday to explain my circumstances have changed and spoke to someone who offered a better deal and was about to send the new contract by email but the computer system went down or was updating and said they would phone back before 7pm last night. Unfortunately no one phoned back can I get help here as I really don’t want to have to go through the whole process again?
