I negotiated a new deal in August for Ultimate Volt bundle and to cut a long story short Virgin Media are not honouring the deal that was verbally agreed on the phone. I put in a formal complaint and I was assured that a manager would contact me to help resolve the issues. This was a few weeks ago and no-one has tried ringing. Can someone chase this up please?
At one point I did put in my 30 days notice for cancellation and a disconnection date was agreed (29th Sept). However in order to thrash this problem out fully (so I could get a deadlock letter if necessary and then take it to the Ombudsman) I decided to cancel the disconnection. I have been told the disconnection will not go ahead but after hearing some people being disconnected when they had, like me, actually cancelled the disconnection, I'd like someone to absolutely confirm I will not be disconnected please.
