Over a week ago I spoke to someone in Belfast in retentions who said they would deal with this issue and raise it to senior team and update me on Monday just gone. I upgraded to the V360 and the package cost is not as advertised and the kit that is advertised is not what I received and the conversation I had with the agent in the beginning. any other way of speaking to someone at VM? thanks
You could try calling them again and select the option for ‘leaving’ which will get you through to Customer Save / Retention.
My experience informs me to not expect them to follow through with promises of getting back to ne, because they won’t.
Departments don’t appear to speak to each other, and information appears to be so compartmentalised that different departments will tell you entirely different stories. Whether this is deliberate or simply through ignorance I have no way of knowing.
All the above is by way of saying ‘Don’t hold your breath’. If you’re not proactive then nothing will happen.
