It was an offer available from 24/09/20 - 30/09/2020, I placed the order on 25/09/20. The email said: You will be sent an email including your gift card from Giftcloud (email@example.com) once your sale has been confirmed by the provider. This can take up to 120 days from the order date. As >120 days have passed since then, and I have not received anything, I reached out to them, and they came back saying that in order to escalate my query further, they need the order ref beginning with WS and followed by 7 numbers OR CH and be followed by 10 numbers.
