I am trying to claim the promotional Amazon voucher offered with the 18-month broadband contract that I've signed up for.

I have been told I need to provide the order reference beginning with WS and followed by 7 numbers OR CH and be followed by 10 numbers.

It was supposed to be in the first email I received from Virgin confirming my order with them and will have come from webteam@virginmedia.co.uk - but I can't find an email containing this number.

Can you help me with this, please? Where can I find the number?
