I've just realised that I should have received a £50 amazon voucher around October/November time, after purchasing the qualifying broadband in July, but haven't received a thing.
Have tried to contact live chat but can't get through to anyone, can someone please help?

Directly through virgin media, I have all the emails etc of my account opening and saying about the gift voucher.
