Voucher - Amazon still waiting

Hi, it's been over 120 days and still no sign of my Amazon voucher

Hi Juliehowarth22, thanks for the message. The Amazon vouchers are not provided by Virgin Media. Was this taken by a comparison site? 

If so, have you contacted them to advise the voucher has not been received?
