Volt benefit not applied fully

I have had VOL\t since 7th January this year and recently was given an updated HUB4 to increase my base broadband from 600Mb to 1Tb as I was on a Hub 3. I was expecting the speed change to be applied shortly after but that was 3 weeks ago and stil sat on 600Mb.

Can someone advise of how or when this will happend.
