I have quit from Virgin media services at start of February 2020. They have charged me and they shouldn't have, because my last bill was £93.22 in credit. I waited for the cheque, around 40 days. Only to find out I cannot pay in the cheque because it has been stopped and advised by Virgin media not to pay this cheque. I phoned customer service and I was advised to send an e-mail with all the details to: firstname.lastname@example.org. I have been waiting 2 weeks now after sending that e-mail and still no response whatsoever.
Now with the lockdown, I can't even phone the customer service because some call centres are closed.
It's now been over 2 months, I think I deserve to get my money and some compensation because this has gone past a joke now.
Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
