I agreed to a new contract in September, however they never updated it on my VM account online and they’re still charging me £39 instead of £35. I contacted their customer service who said that they will update it, add the overpayment as credit to my account and send me a confirmation. This was a few weeks ago and nothing has changed. Before I waste another half a day of my life trying to contact them again, I wanted to check if anyone here has had any similar issues and/or know of any consumer rights I should be aware of?
