Virgin think I have Gone away when I have not

Someone told you they were moving into my flat (incorrectly) and you disconnected my services without me knowing. I have been called liar numerous times when I said I hadn't moved. Been told numerous different timescales for reconnection. Been told I have unpaid bill (when I have a direct debit set that isn't due for another 2 days) Been hung up on. Been told you need to have a disconnection fee cancelled in order to reinstate the services which NOT one person seems to know how to do. I have been without my services since Friday and the reconnection form has already been filled in.
