Virgin remotes, is there a simple large button version for the old, ie my mum

Is there a super large button remote for old people. Or hard of sight..

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the TV remote.
From what I am aware is that we we don't offer a bigger remote button unfortunately however we do offer a high contrast remote if needed.

Let us know what you'd like to do and we can go on from there.
