Virgin new customer registration

Hi hope you can help I've just ordered a new bundle from virgin and received an email asking me to register but when I try to register it keeps saying the information is incorrect but have checked numerous times, my equipment has not yet been installed is this the problem thanks Eric

Thanks for replying, the e mail is very confusing as it says if i would like to alter the insall date i  can do this via my account but as i cant open one it dosnt make sense any way thanks anyhow, Eric

Sorry for any confusion caused with that - we weren't aware of this so I'll get this fed back so it can be reviewed.
