Can some please explain to me why my credit file has been updated on 07/11/23 (see attached) as a missed payment when my bill is not due until 10/11/23 (see attached)
This is total incompetence on the part of virgin media the direct debit is still set up to take the £25.50 out on the date above Yet you mark my credit file down 3 days earlier than the due payment!!!!!!!!!
I have spoken with accounts and the payment has been applied for the direct debit has not been rejected or cancelled. I expect virgin media to correct my credit file immediately
