Its been nearly 4 weeks since I upgraded to M350 and still not getting anywhere near the speed I should be every SNR fix booked has been missed and now the VM community guy who was helping me has gone on 10 days holiday. And of course I am still paying for M350 absolutely appalling service.
And again two SNR fix dates missed this week. And now put back to 22/02 this will be 6 weeks of putting up with faults. Looking at the 100's if not 1000's of recent complaints on twitter about VM's service and customer service there is obviously some issue going on at VM. I will be contacting the BBC and other media today and ask them to look at this.
The fix date never got met neither did the subsequent ones latest is 22/02 appalling customer service, obviously there are issues with VM service can’t believe the 100’s if not 1000’s of complaints on Twitter every day about VM. VM unaware or just ignoring this I have raised the issue with the BBC and other media hopefully they will pick this up as a story. Also found this
