Virgin media are charging double when wifi only started 1.5 months after I received QuickStart, made many complaints and each person had a different response, received QuickStart on 5 May, after many missed engineer appointments to pull a cable finally got it working on 1June, although two bills during the dates 5th May to 5th June and 4th June to 4th July
