Virgin media are a joke!

Virgin media keep telling me to call the oomph team to sort out the fact they have Downgraded my contract for no reason and haven’t provided the oomph SIM card and it’s been well over 3 months. Nobody at virgin media is able to provide a valid response! Can anyone who’s either been in this position or knows how to get around this help?! Virgin media have just held onto the pandemic and apparently can’t operate it’s a joke!
