After the first 4 weeks of getting my TV and Internet to work correctly and now having a viable service, I still find myself on the phone again in a massive queue trying to sort out my overcharged bill!!!
I rang an operative several times a couple of weeks ago regarding overpayment and was assured it was sorted out and my account would definitely be credited next bill, guess what!
I am at the point of cancelling my direct debit and letting VM chase me as I have zero confidence now.
Wishing I was back with Sky and BT, a little more expensive but problem free!
