I have been set up with my virgin media package for a few days now. However for the last few days I have been unable to register myself for an account. Everytime I receive the following message:
We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later
I have been on hold to virgin helpline for hours with no success or even speaking to anyone. Any help or information with this matter would be appreciated 🙂

Can you confirm which page you're getting that message on?
Have you been able to try this on different web browsers? And on different devices?
I have been trying to register through both the app and through the browser. I’ve only been using my iPhone to try register. Do you suggest maybe a laptop to try on.
If you can try this please. If still unsuccessful please do let me know and I can look into this further.
I have tried to log in through a laptop and still received the same message.
