Virgin keep billing me after I have cancelled

Thought this had been resolved after several posts on this forum and being told the issue was resolved,but NO, still getting bills!. Cancelled in October 2019 and still receiving bills from Virgin. Latest bill received today states CR £63.35, how do I get my money back?

What is the matter with Virgin? Don't the various departments communicate? Virgin certainly do not communicate with their customers. No concept of customer service either.

When a credit is processed by the team on a disconnected account this will take 35-45 days to get to you through cheque.
