Virgin tricked me, they promised me £100 credit into my account and they did not, to many messages to resolve the problem and nothing. From May they suspended my internet and still the same, as a new customer I fill morally devastated . Shame on Virgin.
you didn't p[ay the bill so the system will spend the account Full stop. You need to pay all bills and then contact CS to sort out problems. They will credit you with any mistakes if anything is found.
Right now you are not paying for any services so it will remain suspended

If you don't pay it will black mark your credit rating - so getting a mortgage, a credit card, another BB supplier, etc., will be very difficult. Ultimately if the "debt" isn't repaid it can auto-transfer to a debt collection agency and the boys may come knocking. Best to negotiate it and sort it amicably.
