Virgin broadband renewal - complaint

I recently sent a letter of complaint by recorded delivery to the Virgin CEO over the way contract renewal had been handled and overcharging. I had an email back acknowledging the complaint. When I check the progress section I was given a link to nothing has been done about my complaint yet. If someone contacts the CEO surely Virgin Media staff should be on a complaint.

Are you now 14 days or more after the new contract started and therefore beyond the two week cooling off period by any chance?

No. Its nothing to do with that. They screwed up a contract renewal I had agreed to.
