I've just been on hold (calling 150)for 40 odd minutes thinking it might be a problem after reading online forum. Tried calling now the 150 number from my mobile says "The number you have called is temporarily out of service!" Are Virgin taking the mickey??
Trying to get a new contract after mine has expired and then getting the £4.50 increase letter. Utter shambles.
