Yeah I am getting the same error, it is quite annoying... can't even sign into my account.

I am struggling to log in due to reCAPTCHA error, I have tried multiple browsers; Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and have tried going on incognito window as well still getting reCAPTCHA error.
Thanks for clarifying. Can you try clearing your cookies/cache to see if that helps? If not please get back to us with a screencap/image of the error (covering up any personal info)

That's not a Virgin Media UK website which is what this forum is for.
Seems to be for Canada, and Virgin Media UK do not have any relationship with Virgin Plus there.
