Virgin Media Partners Deal Change

Good Evening, 

I have recently signed up via a Virgin Media Partners deal, via a work benefits scheme i am part of.

Since i have signed up to this deal, a further offer has become available which better suits my requirements. My contract doesn't start until the 7th May, therefore before this starts i would like to swap the newly available deal.

When i have spoken to the team over the phone previously, they have not had viability of these deals, and therefore have not been able to help me.

Please can you help to advise how i can make this change.

You could cancel then re order the new deal

Thank you for the suggestion.

I thought about just doing that and starting again, however i don't know if the system would no longer recognise me as a new customer as i have signed up previously.

Hopefully there is someone from the VM team who might be able to help on here, Unless there is an email address or live chat can help.

As the VM Partners deals don't seem to show up on the sales teams system, its difficult to share what i mean over the telephone!
