I have recently signed up via a Virgin Media Partners deal, via a work benefits scheme i am part of.
Since i have signed up to this deal, a further offer has become available which better suits my requirements. My contract doesn't start until the 7th May, therefore before this starts i would like to swap the newly available deal.
When i have spoken to the team over the phone previously, they have not had viability of these deals, and therefore have not been able to help me.
Please can you help to advise how i can make this change.
