Virgin Media Contract Summary

hi, 

I've received a contract summary and contract information sheet to renew my contract  but can't find a way to action it.Is there a way of progressing this?

For us the email with the Contract Summary Sheet as a PDF attachment contained the "Approve order" button.

For us the body of the email had a section like this ...

Attached are your Contract Information & Contract Summary documents. Please make sure that you are happy with the agreement you are entering into.
Your documents also contain some key terms & conditions and information regarding your cooling off period.
Please keep these documents for your future reference.

May I ask how the order was made? Was it with an agent or through a web chat or through the online website under your MyVM?

Hi, im an existing user and i used the webchat to do a new deal,

i have received

Contract Information & Contract Summary documents.

but im not sure if i have to confirm these or if the new deal will start automatically ??,

Okay if this is the case it may be the deal hasn't gone through.

Normally you would get confirmation within the hour.
