I have various wifi downspots in my house and have downloaded the Virgin Media Connect App to try to solve the issue and also to use the other features of the app. I tried to connect however it says it only works with Hub 3 which is the new version of the ub i have. It then says to click on the link to 'Your free upgrade to our mighty hub 3' to your account. The message then is you cannot upgrade this online please call. Obviously given the circumstances this is not possible. Can the upgrade be sorted out online please?
