Hi everyone, I want to cancel my broadband with virgin but find it difficult to speak to people on the phone.

I sent a letter by recorded delivery to a address in Nottingham but I have just tracked the delivery and apparently, they are no longer at that address.

Please could someone kindly provide an updated address for virgin so I can resend the cancellation letter.

Use the address under section N of the online T&Cs.

Funny how VM have actually removed the address from the "help" page for cancelling, eh?  Can't think why they might have done that.
