I am currently facing an issue with Virgin Media and Netflix.
Suddenly Netflix appeared on my VM bill for £11.99 per month
Virgin Media told me to contact Netflix, Netflix told me to contact Virgin Media
Can anyone help?Thanks
You can request the removal via Virgin as it's billing. I believe it may require 30 days notice as per any standard downgrade however I'm not entirely sure, sorry.
Thanks for getting in touch with us ctma and welcome to our community, sorry that it couldn't be on better terms.
Are you currently a Netflix customer separately from your Virgin Media account or do you not use Netflix at all?
I had a Netflix account but cancelled my subscription over a year ago, suddenly the charge appeared on the bill, and neither Virgin or Netflix can resolve it. It seems that other people on the community face the same issue

Thanks. Is there anybody else in the property that might have signed up via the V6 box? Is it a V6 box you're using? If you go to the TV and select the red button on channel 204 and go into the Netflix profile does it show one has been signed up or provide the username details?
No, it has just appeared on the bill, other forum members seem to face the same issue.
Is anyone at Virgin Media able to reverse the charge?
Netflix would need to cancel the account for you, so you would need to speak to them direct for this as they would then send us the information to stop billing you for it.
However we can have a look at the billing side of things and see what's gone on, I can't promise the charges will be reversed though it would depend on what happens when we look at the account.
Due to this I'll have to pop you a personal message and we'll take it from there.
