Virgin Media Activation

Hi there.

I have Netflix Standard as a part of my ultimate package with Virgin Media. I have been trying to activate it via my virign media through the entertainment services but it's not working and shows up with this error message.

Could someone help?

Hey pwaring66, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear about your Netflix issues.

Please can you try from another browser in private mode if you can.

Also if you go to Netflix on the box does it let you activate it at all? Cheers

Hi Matthew.

I have just tried to activate via private mode on another browser but it comes up with the same message

I have ongoing issues with opening the Netflix App on my Virgin TV V6 box as I get several error codes and Virgin Media has tried to troubleshoot these with me over the phone but unfortunately they couldn't be resolved. However I would like to activate the account so I can at least log in elsewhere
