Virgin Media £75 Not received as advertised.

Joined Virgin Media back in February, advertised 18 month 108mb £24/m plus a £75 Amazon Gift card, got en email saying wait for a code i never received and the link provided in the email doesnt work just goees in a loop.

Have contacted customer service multiple times and its been extremely poor. 

Feeling lied to.

Have a screenshot of the email as proof.

Once you clicked that buy now link you should of received another email with your contract etc confirming the order. What date was this email above received on also? When did you take your package?
