I have recently upgraded to 360 after moving home. However, I have yet to receive the 360 Box. I currently have a Tivo Box which since the move has been unable to access any on-demand services

Sorry to hear you've had some issues with your TV box since moving. I've had a look at things from our side and can see you've been able to speak to someone regarding this.
