Virgin Forum Team Help Needed Please

I am unable to log in to My Virgin Media Account because somehow the wrong email address has been used and doesn’t exist. I can not see how I can fix this.

Please can you help to correct my email address?  I would like to access my account online and have never been able to do so!

Gave you tried forgotten your email/username link https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username if so let me know and I'll try replicate issue my end.

Yes I have tried that Matt and it brings up the incorrect email, I spoke to Virgin Media earlier and asked they changed my email because it ends .com not .co.uk but hasn’t helped me either!

There is some issues with My Virgin Media services at the moment so maybe give it a try tomorrow

Still no joy, each time I try to get my username it gives the following message;

Username: (gives me the email address which is incorrect!)

Do you have any other suggestion please?

I don't unfortunately this is an issue that needs escalating to customer service, though the team here may be able to help but it may take a few days for them to get round to your post.
