Hi - I have tried to explain this over WhatsApp but I am being offered a moving service which is not correct.
I have an o2 contract and a virgin media contract at the same property but the addresses are different. I want to activate my Volt benefits. O2 have said Virgin have to change it on their side. Please can someone do this for me ASAP as it’s been over a week and no one has properly helped.
