I have had a contract by email from Virgin saying I have signed up to Virgin 360. I haven’t done this. But I think my dementia husband may have agreed to something on screen. Is this possible that he could have said ok to something coming up on screen, if so can I stop this.

Hi there, you can always call Virgin Media's customer service on 

0345 454 1111. They will be able to help you cancel the contract (there may be a disconnection fee).
