Well I have finally settled on my contract. Thx to all the VM peeps for helping me settle on 1 that isn't going to bankrupt me (as have £100s coming out as in the process of moving)
Anyway, I have looked at "My Account" and can see my package is reflected on the front screen (broadband is empty but guess it needs to be installed before it shows...also SIM card is empty, but again I presume I need to use it before it appears?)
Anyway when clicking on "My Bills" and then "My Contract" it shows a completely different contract and costs that I have signed up to. It has been "stuck" on this for about 3 or 4 days now. Is there a way for someone to flush this out and apply my new contract please?
