Verification link expired another topic of the same problem

I read a lot of topics before opening this one, and they all have the same problem, and I can't understand how a company like Virgin manages to have such a bad system for such a simple thing, the registration here at Virgin Community is simple and functional, but VirginMedia is pathetic...

Anyway, I have the same problem I made the registration, and obviously I don't receive the account registration confirmation email, and when I get it says "Verification link expired" I click "Send new verification email" and nothing happens, I tried like 50 times, I'm not joking.

I'm not a dumb user, I've tried in 3 different browsers, from my cell phone, through the app and the problem continues, I've already checked the spam box countless times and obviously there's nothing.

Could someone do something about it please?
