I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to locate VAT invoices on your service. If you haven't contacted our team to request VAT invoices, then these wouldn't be sent automatically.
I'm going to drop you a private message, so we can look into updating your billing preferences, and get these back-dated invoices sent. Please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.
