Hi there, 

I've been a customer for many years but suddenly my VAT receipts have stopped arriving.

The 'phone menu system cycle is aggravating to say the least and simply directs you the App which is no help.

Is there a simple and effective means of requesting a VAT receipt to arrive monthly?

Sorry to hear you're no longer receiving the VAT receipts, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

Are these for a Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile account? When did you last receive these?

This is for a Virgin Media account and the last one arrived in December. They usually arrive 5th or 6th of each month and have done for many years.
