I've received emails from Virgin Media/Medallia "Sorry to hear you decided to leave" and "Thank you for returning your equipment" - both of which are incorrect nonsense. Such communications just cause me concern, anxiety and stress. Why does VM pump out such rubbish?

These are automated mails and from checking the previous posts, it would be something to do with the address correction work carried out, please ignore them
