I'm a new VM customer, joined end/March 2020. I was sent a contract on March 29th for TV/broadband/phone, for £33 including promotional discount for a year. Price was due to go up to £54 on 30th March 2021. I had another contract through on 29th April telling me my price is now £54, not in a year's time. I didn't request them to increase my price. I've tried texting the number mentioned on these forums 07533 051809 - no reply. I can't work out how to contact VM, so they're just taking my money and I feel powerless and totally ripped off. Can anyone help?
